Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

B2Business Hub is a business-to-business service intended for use by companies and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium plans (Premium Lux and Premium Ultra) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Yearly plans are offered at a discount as displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping data beyond your plan limits, reselling search results, sending unsolicited bulk communications, or using contact data in violation of applicable law.

Search results are provided for legitimate business development purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your outreach, including anti-spam and data-protection regulations.

4. Search Results and Third-Party Data

Matching from public web data and curated company records continues independently. If you opt in for your company and provide its company name and profile, it can appear in relevant Find searches shown to signed-in members, including when your account is on a free plan. A company with a paid Lux or Ultra listing receives matching priority in relevant Find results regardless of the searching member's plan; Ultra also includes Top List placement. Find results are member-only; public member profile and directory pages are not offered. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any result and are not responsible for third-party content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2Business Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Connected Google Services

If you choose to connect Google Analytics, you authorize B2Business Hub to access the Google Analytics properties available to your Google account using the read-only permissions shown during Google's OAuth consent flow.

You remain responsible for having authority to connect the selected property. You may disconnect Google Analytics at any time. Availability of this feature also depends on Google APIs and Google's applicable terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
